A general perception that health insurance didn’t offer good value, combined with a global pandemic and then a cost-of-living crisis, meant Bupa Health Insurance needed a new way to show its value and reduce member churn.

We worked with Bupa across its Marketing, Customer Experience and Content teams to:

  • Develop email journeys addressing key member pain points.

  • Develop a content strategy targeting its most commonly claimed types of benefits.

  • Produce brand documents, including a Copy Library and Tone of Voice training.
